The Art Works Galleries welcomed entries to the 11th Focused Eye Awards exploring 'Flesh and the Figure'; an exploration into the scope and variation within figurative art.
This exhibition features sculptural, photographic, textile and fine art and presents the figure in literal and conceptual visuals.
Exhibition runs for 3 months launching 06.08.09.

ABOUT THE FOCUSED EYE
Challenging artists to submit a piece of work on a contemporary theme to compete against one another, FOCUSED EYE GALLERY runs four public competition art exhibitions a year.
Each exhibition in the FOCUSED EYE GALLERY last threes months offering an opportunity for artists of all backgrounds to exhibit in a large gallery and discover exactly what the public thinks of their work.
The public vote for their favourite piece & the winning artist receives a prize of £250
